1. The service
FomoDaily lets you list interests. We search public sources for matching news, sales, releases and announcements, use AI to rank, translate and summarise them, and present the results on our website and by email.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
- You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping that sign-in secure.
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address current so digests reach you.
3. Content, accuracy and AI
FomoDaily is an aid to discovery, not a source of record.
- Summaries, translations, relevance scores and “limited time” flags are generated by AI from an article’s headline and preview. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
- We may miss things and we may surface things that are not relevant. We do not guarantee that you will hear about any particular event, sale, release or deadline, or that a listed price, date or offer is still available.
- Always check the original source before you buy, book, travel or otherwise rely on something. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, medical or professional advice.
4. Third-party content and links
Articles, images and other content we link to belong to their publishers. We show a headline, a short machine-written summary and a link; we do not host the articles. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights using the service;
- probe, attack, overload or attempt to bypass limits or security on the service;
- use bots or scripts to create accounts or extract data from FomoDaily, or resell or republish our digests as a competing service;
- enter interests intended to stalk, harass, or gather information about a private individual.
We may remove interests and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Plan limits (such as the number of interests) are described on the pricing section of our homepage. If you downgrade, interests over the new limit will be paused.
- Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
7. Availability and changes
The service depends on third-party sources and infrastructure, so we provide it “as available”. We may add, change or remove features, and we’ll try to give notice of changes that meaningfully reduce what you’ve paid for.
8. Your data
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Intellectual property
We own the FomoDaily software, brand and design. You keep ownership of the interests and preferences you enter, and you give us permission to use them to provide the service to you.
10. Termination
You can stop using FomoDaily and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users; where reasonable we’ll tell you why and, for paid plans, refund any prepaid period we cannot deliver.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law permits: the service is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation; and FomoDaily Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities (including missed sales, tickets or events), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where FomoDaily Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
